Prep Time: 15 min Juice Time: 5 min Total Time: 20 min Ingredients: 1 Beet ½ Pineapple 3 Granny Smith Apples 4 Lemons Few sprigs of desired herb; dandelion root, mint, parsley or tarragon Agave to taste Spring water to dilute. Beets help cleanse the liver, helps reduce blood pressure, increases stamina and improves heart health. Lemons are said to be anti-inflammatory, assist the nervous system, prevent asthma and boost the immune system.
