Look at the thousands of PAID ADS they're accepting money for... for scams promising Nike sneakers from Macy's, Dick's and Amazon, all for $19.97, $19.98, $19.99 or $20. They mention Nike Air Force 1, Nike Dunk Low, Nike Air Max 270 and Nike Air Max 90. The websites included too many to name, but a few are uniquenheat.com, nickhenta.com, weidcet.com, sliverdoor.com, yaledzwg.com, sellhomepage.shop, cty-outlets.shop, kaixsde.com, factoryflashsale.com, jiaxdeh.com, tcsvfswes.online, xudsfjes.online, amzpallets.net, fuadekls.com and meahson.com. And keep in mind, this is only one kind of scam out of thousands of different kinds of scams that have appeared in paid ads.
